About

I am an interdisciplinary artist based in Chiang Mai. I work at the meeting point of art, science and technology.

I trained as an engineer. My degree is in nanoengineering and my early research was in optics, including work published in 2017 on whispering-gallery-mode resonators for cancer detection. I build the instruments I work with, treating engineering as a method I inherit rather than a credential I wear.

My art-science practice began with biology. I was part of Intimacy with Nature, a bioart project led by Henry Tan, and still run DIY-biology workshops where non-scientists meet living systems by hand.

In 2024 the work moved toward particle physics. Wish Upon the Passing Astroparticles was driven by a live cosmic-ray muon detector, built with the Thai-IceCube Collaboration at Chiang Mai University. Quantum is now the centre of the practice. KHWANTUM (2026) is a lecture-performance made with Nitipat Pholchai and Wendi Wu, in which a Thai animist sense of beings meets the quantum field. With Nitipat Pholchai I facilitate the ArtScience Entanglement Lab, a workshop series on archiving quantum happenings, run twice in 2026 in Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

I am a founding member of tomorrow.lab, an art-science collective, and I teach creative technology at various universities. I was creative technologist on Henry Tan's How to Explain Sleep to Robot Cocks? (sensors, image processing, robotic control). What holds it together is an interest in things that are real but cannot be seen directly, and in the instruments people build to reach them.
